I guess there are three things to consider.
1) You need to be able to study the victim for three rounds. Bonuses to remaining undetected (or at least unthreatening looking) would be useful.
2) You have to hit with the DA as a Sneak Attack, so bonuses to hit, ability to sneak attack, etc., are important.
3) Finally (and this may be the tricky one), the victim has to be as unlikely as possible to make their save vs the DC of the Death Attack. Alas, so many potential victims have very good Fort saves!
So assuming you are going for this, how would you go about it?
