Effigy Templates?

So...is there a website or list some where with all the known templates or is it just a make your own sort of thing?

I would think some of them are very common by now?

If you're referring to the template from the effigy master prestige class that lets you make robot versions of monsters, that's on page 152 of complete arcane.
