[3.5] Warforged with spring-loaded weaponry.

Looking at the Warforged components list, I'm seeing mostly weapon components being attached over the Warforged existing limbs, rendering them nonfunctional in the traditional way a limb would be used. How would one handle having weapons that are loaded into the body of the warforged, say blades that come out of hidden compartments?

Maybe something along the lines of the gloves of the master strategist, or alternate fluff for the Quick Draw feat.
