I am building 3 Dwarven NPCs and I want them to be a cleric/fighter/sorcerer.

While I know a dwarf is a horrible choice for a sorcerer does the RSL in races of stone help make up for it?
particularly earth meditation . for the cost of a familiar,1 2ndlevel spell known, and 1 4th level spell known the bonuses seem worth it. my npc has 70hp,DR1/Adamantine, 50% range boost while caster and target are touching the ground and He adds CON to CHA for determining spells per-day.
his spells per-day are
0-6
1-8
2-8
3-8
4-7
5-4
spells known are
0-9
1-5
2-3
3-3
4-1
5-1

What are your thoughts, if some one relay wants to play a Dwarf Sorcerer Is this a decent way to go?

You could try grabbing a variant dwarf subrace to trade out the Cha penalty. Desert Dwarves from UA and the SRD have a Dex penalty instead, and a few of their racial enemies changed around. Dream Dwarves (RoS) also take -2 Dex instead of Cha, as well as getting +1 CL when casting divination or [earth] spells and touching the ground.

Boost CON through shenanigans. I suggest Shambling Mound + Persistent Thunderhead.
