True Dragon Question

I'm writing a character backstory and found the need to know some things.

Which Metallic True Dragon would be most interested in disguising itself as a Gnome, being a Techsmith, and repairing/collecting Constructs?

Which Chromatic True Dragon would be most interested in/capable of ousting the aforementioned Metallic and destroying it's Construct hoard?

For the metallic, maybe Steel?

For the Chromatic... White?

Well metallic would probably be the Copper dragon (trickster dragon). The chromatic dragon would probably be Red (who IIRC hate copper dragons).

Thanks, that's what i was thinking but I wasn't 100% sure there wasn't a more appropriate option.

Every dragon is a unique individual, not all of whom match every stereotype about their species.

But yes the archetypal Copper is the most likely to do that.

Copper maybe bronze for the gnome, and I think rust dragons are technically planar dragons and not chromatic, but i'm pretty sure they would be the best at annihilating constructs.
