Is it possible to get 9th level Divine spells, manifest 9th level powers, and get Initator level 17 for Crusader, Warblade, and Swordsage?
This should be done on a Phaerimm chasis.

In how few levels?

Edit: Try to not use too much cheese, especially things like heighten spell to get "effectively ninth"- level spells.

Edit #2: BAB requirement removed as I had forgotten Divine Power.

Edit: #3: Phaerimm is definitely the way to get Arcane Power.

Hatchling Phaerimm is the way to go with race here.

Also the BAB requirement is kinda useless due to Divine Power.

Without any cheese? Probably 37. Archivist 3 /Wizard 3/ Psion 3 gets you the prereques for both Mystic Theurge and Cerebremancer. By level 20 you can qualify for Epic Theurge, but it doesn't do much more than buff the crap out of your wizard casting.

By 34 the build will likely look like Archivist 3 / Wizard 3/ Psion 7/ Cerebremancer 10/ Mystic Theurge 14. You'd have 22 BAB, 24 Will save, 18 for the others, crap Hit Die about 15 feats (One that has to be Psionic, and 6 can be epic. Have Divine Casting and Psionics at level 17, and 27 for Wizard. By the sheer amount of HD you have you'd be a level 18 initiator, but have no manuevers without more levels, or using feats.

About the only reason this build would be playable is the Wizard 27 casting. Mind you level 27 wizard casting with 6+ epic feats (Psychic Reformation anyone?). By shear din of the borked Epic Wizard spells the build could work.

Would be cool, but not that much better than Wizard 21, or some sort of Epic Wizard Gish.

Hatchling Phaerimms get Sorcerer casting based on how many HD they have, for the cost of a +2 LA. Buy that off, enjoy free casting.

You really don't need any more levels of arcane/divine casting classes than 1 with all the spell level raising tricks out there. Plus you get free sorcerer casting through hatching phaerimm so you don't need any levels devoted to arcane casting.

For my own build Going with Ur-Priest you only need 9 levels of that to get 9th level divine spells. The initator level is a bit tricker and is going to rely on some cheese if we want it pre-epic. There's 2 types of cheese that's usable here the first type is treating bloodlines as advancing initiator level and the second is treating every PRC as advancing initator level if it doesn't specifically say it doesn't (there's a line in ToB saying something like most PRCs advance initiator level). Bloodlines are a lot nicer so I will build assuming those are used. You go with ardent 6/ur-priest 1/psychic theurge 9/crusader 1/swordsage 1/warblade 1/ardent +1. You really don't need multiple 9th level maneuvers from the ToB classes and its really holding this build back limiting it to only being able to use ardent as the psionic class.

edit: swordsaged on the hatchling phaerimm part.

Hatching Phaerimm; buy off LA. This gives you sorcerer Casting equal to HD. ECL 18 equals 9th level Arcane
Ardent 5 with Practised Manifester, can manifest up to 9pp powers, (9pp = 5th level spells roughly)
Ur Priest 2: gives 2nd level divine spells
Psychic Theurge 8: gives Ardent 17 (9th level equivalent) and Ur Priest 10 Casting.
Any Initiator 1 - advances Initiator by 1, rather than 0.5
Legacy Champion 4 - each level advances Initiator by 1.5 apart from 1st (0.5 for that). So +5, +1 from Initiator and 7.5 from HD gives 13.5

Without bloodlines, which i've not delved into, pre epic this nets you

9th Arcane
9th Divine
9th Psionic
7th Initiator

If you ignore gods and alignment restrictions:

Savage Bard 1/Crusader 4/Ur Priest 2/Ruby Knight Vindicator 3/Sublime Chord 1/Mystic Theurge 5/Jade Phoenix Mage 4

Is double 9s and initiator level 15 which is pretty close and gets all 9s and level 22.

Also, wasn't there a PrC in Dragon Magazine somewhere that added a new spell list to an existing one? Using that can probably get triple 9s easier.

Adding in Bloodlines makes your initiator level increase by 3 (with a major bloodline.) from the one level you put in, as well as increasing your initiator level by 1.5 for every class you have besides your initiator. So that's an extra 7.5 which nets you a total 21 initiator level.
