Im currently a level 7 paladin, BAB of +7/+2, I took a level in Grey Guard, which at Lv1 has a BAB of +1, Do I add that +1 to both my attacks or just my first one?

Both, BAB is actually just the first number. The number after the slash is BAB minus the penalty that applies to your second attack. The same is true of the third and fourth numbers at levels 11 and 16. For some inexplicable reason the folks at WotC thought it would be helpful to print this in the charts instead of just explaining in the combat section that you get an extra attack at BAB 6, BAB 11, and BAB 16 at a -5, -10, and -15 respectively.

BAB is a linear progression, so, yes, both your primary and secondary iterative attacks will benefit from increasing your BAB and if you increase it high enough you'll get a third and then fourth iterative attack.

BAB is BAB from all of your classes put together, and then it's reduced in steps in order to determine if one has iterative attacks and if so what their attack bonus from BAB is.

ok, so my BAB would go from +7/+2 to +8/+3 if I understand correctly. And to get a third attack, I would have to get a BAB above 11, and the third attack would be +1, cause 11-10 = 10.

Sounds like you got it. (assuming that 10 is a typo that's supposed to be a 1)
