Time: A kobold who undergoes this rite must first endure nine days of fasting (the equivalent of three days for a kobold in a region above 40 degrees F). Immediately thereafter, the kobold must succeed on a DC 20 Concentration check to enter a deep trance that lasts for 24 hours. If the check fails, the rite must begin a new.

so I was speaking with my player about if there were any consequences of fasting. I mean not eating for 9 days, you should probably get some penalty (fatigued perhaps?).

Would you guys do anything about fasting or should I just not care about it?

Starvation Rules:

After 3 days without food yoou make a Constitutiion check DC (10+1 for each previous check) per day or take 1d6 nonlethal damage.
