So, I'm creating a super-optimized commoner using the below house rules, for
Play-By-Post (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=316630). The character can be found here (http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetview.php?sheetid=718484).

d6 Hit Die (just for that little extra bit of survivability)
2 skills of your choice added to the class skill list
A Major Bloodline (using Welknair's bloodlines)
The Apprentice feat for free (meaning you don't need a mentor)
A free Regional feat

Generally speaking optimizing Commoner tends to come down to maxing handle animal or chicken infested shenanigans. Sometimes a sneaky build comes up (avoiding fights rather than fighting them) but not very often. Then there is maxing diplomacy as a commoner and speaking in a funny accent while convincing the big bad to join you

I assume you want advice though you didn't really say in the op

I think this is the first NPC class campaign I've seen EdroGrimshell post that doesn't use Commoner PrCs or other NPC class. :smalltongue:
