So, I want to make a character for a PbP on these fine boards, and came up with a bastard half human son of a Noble Fae,who was cast into the material plane in shame by his mother.

I'm using the unseelie fey template on a human, and taking this class (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=169664) if the Dm allows it. If he doesn't though, I need ideas. We are starting at level two.
I want a bard-type, but with more focus on debuffing and spells as opposed to buffing. Are there any Acfs that focus on this? Feats? Any good builds to shoot for?

For a comprehensive list of alternative class features see here: http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?PHPSESSID=607f9p18qmq2bfgmmbcbgs3jl7&topic=7908. For example Inspire Awe and Inspire Hatred might interest you. Nature Bard and Savage Bard fit with the whole natural-ish fey-ish vibe I guess.

In addition to the acfs and variants mentioned in the link Dragon Magazine #337 has the Harbringer bard variant.
