Avatar advice appreciated.

Hi everybody. I'm relatively new to the avatar game, so I thought I'd submit a couple of my efforts for your critique.

Here's my CoH character, Mormaer, a resurrected Pictish warrior.

I don't really have any criticisms other than that the proportions seem a little off. However it's not really a bad thing and it can be chalked up to "personal style".

I think they are actually pretty good.

Thanks. I'm not too happy with how I did Mormaer's beard. Goatees are ok, but I could use some tips on how to get a full-face beard to look right
