PF: Bard class feature variants

I'm only taking one level of bard (magician) before switching to witch (gravewalker). I'm not planning to do much singing. Took it for other things. Aside from the magician archetype, are there any options that can be switched out for some of the class features of 1st level bards?

Thanx. I just now reworked the character as a str8-up full gravewalker. I decided the bard stuph was fun but not worth lagging a level behind on hexes and spells.
