Incorporeal touch attacks

Are incorporeal touch attacks considered natural weapons? Could one take improve natural attack to increase the ability damage one deals as well as other feats that are reserved for natural weapons?

Natural Weapons? Yes
Improved Natural Attack increasing ability damage? I don't think so.

No, but there are other feats which annoyingly I cannot remember right now that do work for this - I once ran a Living Greyhawk adventure (i.e. not all books allowed, and no homebrew) where there were ghosts that had empowered ability damage touch attacks. It was fun (for me as DM).

Hmmm.....the first thing that springs to mind is the classic Wraith which iirc does a d6 damage in addition to the ability drain. In that instance natural attack boosts would increase that d6 but nothing else.

OK - the feat I was thinking of is Empowered Ability Damage from Libris Mortis page 26.
