I've been reading this thread http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=9892.0 and thought it'd be interesting for a oneshot christmas themed adventure as one of the easy "encounters". However, within that thread there are arguments as to how the spell will work. The OP claims the negative level and damage happens once per round however, someone else claims it does not. I was looking for some other opinions on this combo's effect. Personally the way I believe it works is it does the damage and negative level as they are effects added to the spell and they should trigger continuously.
Side question, if I overlap the areas of the spells then would their effects that can stack overlap as well?
I really wish my players were high enough level to use this in our actual game
