Cleric Variant Question

Can you run Cloistered Cleric and still give up a domain for Divine Magician? If so, can that domain be the Knowledge domain granted from Cloistered?

I think you can get divine magician, but I don't think you can trade knowledge domain for it. Divine magician isn't strictly a trade, as it just limits the number of domain choices you have as a cleric. Knowledge domain isn't a function of the cleric's first level domain choices, even if it is a domain that you're taking at first level, so you'd probably have to trade one of those. Knowledge domain/devotion is good though, so it should work out reasonably.

Yea I read it, you can grab both but you can't sacrifice your knowledge domain for divine magician, your best bet is to grab devotion like eggynack said.
