Has the Divine Disciple (Forgotton Realms Campaign Setting) been updated for 3.5?

If so, where might I find it?

And if not, what changes would be needed to make it 3.5-compatable?

Look in the Players guide to Faerun. I has been updated, and I think, is much better.
