Overland Movement in Flight

Does the flight movement type follow any special rules for overland travel? Or should I adhere to the ground speed formula of 4 miles per 5ft of base speed?

The normal formula works, given it assumes you're marching along flat a highway (or similar unobstructed, easy to navigate route).

Obviously, the distance you need to travel may be shorter as the crow flies, and you don't take the penalties for rough terrain.
