Basically out of all the Wizard, Druid and Cleric spells which ones do you find the best?

+Best Feats for them: Mainly feats that help enhance their spell casting, add more spells etc.

However, there are also specific kinds of spells I am looking for so help there would be appreciated as well.

Basically I'm looking for spells that

-Mind Control People
-Trap/Physically Restrain/Restrict people
-Make someone lose their spell casting abilities
-Spells that track and know where people are

Feats: Flyby Attack, Improved Initiative, Arcane Mastery, Natural Spell, Quicken Spell, Extend Spell, Uncanny Forethought

If you are looking at PF then for feats it is pretty much all about:

Improved Initiative
Persistent Spell (this is nuts)
Dazing Spell (as is this)
Quicken Spell
Spell Perfection (this should never have been published)
Your preferred Greater Spell Focus
Academae Graduate (for Wizard Summoners)
Sacred Summoning (for Cleric Summoners)

For spells:

Battlefield Control - Colour Spray (especially for Heavens Oracles who keep it relevant for ever). Grease, Create Pit and subsequent spells, Glitterdust, Stinking Cloud, Black Tentacles (becomes obsolete fast), Dazing Frost Fall/Flaming Sphere/Ball Lightning/Fire Snake/Chain Lightning

Single Target Removal - Charm Monster (works on lots more things now since Giant became a Humanoid subtype), Blindness, Suggestion, Charm Monster, Baleful Polymorph, Feeblemind, Dominate Person (see Charm Person), Flesh to Stone

Divinations - nothing much new here, standard stuff like Commune, Contact other Plane etc.

Ultimate Power - Paragon Surge. Gain spontaneous access to your entire spell list with Expanded Arcana or Preferred Spell. If you are an Oracle get access to the entire Wizard list too.

Debuffs - Slow, Enervation
