[3.5] Ways to Get Personal Spells on Others

Hey, I was wondering if there was a list of ways to get Range: Personal spells to work on others?

If not, can people help me compile said list? I know there's a FR PrC that does this...Elf only from memory, Stormguard of Silverymoon or something?

Here's what I've got off the top of my head:


UMD and a Wand or Scroll
Ring of Spell Storing
Sharing a spell with a familiar (familiar only)
Shalantha's Delicate Disk spell (LEF)
Spellthief (CAd)

Well, it's pretty specific but a Spell Thief can take a spell and cast it himself. If you take one level of it and then take Master Spellthief feat, you can add all your caster levels to determine what level spell you can take.

Spellguard of Silverymoon, from Player's Guide to Faerun can, at fourth level (typically, ECL 11 or 9 with Sanctum Spell shenanigans) cast any personal spell as a touch range spell so long as it meets one of the following requirements: improves AC, increases saving throw modifier, or grants additional HP (both temporary and actual healing). Combined with the Magic of the Land feat Races of the Wildp, this makes just about every spell qualify.

EDIT: IIRC, I also believe that the spell disks from Lost Empires of Faerun can be used to give other people your personal-only spells.

The spellblade property from Player's Guide to Faerun explicitly allows you to redirect the spell the blade gives you immunity to to another creature. It only works for that one spell, but it still works.

It's handy if you have an infinite source of a specific spell that is self-only, such as a ring of Invisibility. Draw the spellblade when you want to give someone else Invisibility, and sheathe it when you don't.

A Psion can use Soul Crystal to store any personal power (and thanks to a Spell to Power Erudite any spell can become a power) in the crystal for others to use.

Spellguard of Silverymoon 4 + War Weaver 5 = 'my self-only buff on the whole party'.

Top off with Legacy Champion, and you can fit in 9th level spells to the whole party by level 20, if you can manage 9th level spells before then with the lost caster levels.

I believe the capstone for the abjuration master specialist is being able to cast personal spells on touch.

EDIT: Yes, it is, but only for Abjuration spells.
