Feats that grant spells/spell like abilities

So I was wondering if there is a list of feats, or other ways that don't involve class levels or things like wands to get spells or spell like abilities on a character.
Like the feats from complete arcane for example such as insightful.

Threw this list together really fast if anyone knows of any others feel free to toss them in.

Eberron has quite a few, in the form of Dragonmark feats.

Least/Lesser/Greater Dragonmark and Aberrant Dragonmark, ECS.

Dragonmark Prodigy/Adept/Visionary, and Lesser/Greater Aberrant Dragonmark, Dragonmarked. Others, like Dragonmark Spellturning, may or may not qualify.

Magical Training (Players Guide to Faerun) let's you cast some cantrips as Sorcerer or as a Wizard. Nothing much of itself but it is possible to get some higher level slots starting with that (requires many feats though).

Third party there are also Spell-Like Investitures in Monggoose Publishing's Quintessential Druid. You essentially brew up a potion for a specific target, they drink, make a fort save and get an SLA 1/day. Use multiple times for more times per day.

In the BoEF the Pierced Mystic can grant someone a limited ability, it is Supernatural I think, but similar. I believe there is also a spell in the same book that combines your spellcasting with another which may be considered as granting spells.
