Help a DM strapped for time.

So our current DM has a lot going on and has a lot going on and wants someone (me) to run a seperate campaign to fill in. However, I have a lot going on so my question I guess is there any long term campaigns out there that are close to ready out of the box persay? WoTC or 3rd party that are written well. It needs to be 3.5 as I don't have a ton of time to convert everything. I am open to any style, be it fantasy or post apocalyptic. Can you give me suggestions and reasons why you liked it? Thanks.

Level range matters, as does expected campaign length and group optimization level.

I mean Savage Tides is pretty decent for most groups and that runs you all the way from ECL 1 (or maybe its 2) to ECL 20 with a fairly decent story.

Probably starting around 1-5th up to 20th. I only have one optimizer in the group. Most are just there for a good time and r/p.
