Racial Adjustments on Wild Elves?

Quick question. I saw an Archery based build that recommended playing as a Wild Elf because their racial adjustments were +2 STR, +2 DEX, -2 CON, -2 INT.
But when I went and looked at Wild Elves in the Monster Manual it just says their racial adjustments are +2 DEX, -2 INT.
So is this build simply wrong or was he simply looking at a different source or something?

Those are the stats for wood elves, so presumably they got them mixed up.

EDIT: Never mind, they're right beneath Wild Elves. Haha.
