I can't remember if the Spiked Chain is a 2-handed weapon, and if it qualifies for the 1.5 STR bonus, x2 Power Attack, and then weapon fin. Does it work that way?

Yes. Next question.

It's a double weapon, but there's nothing stopping you from using it two-handed and getting 1.5*str and 2*PA.

Um. Who told you that (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/equipment/weapons.htm)?

Exotic Weapon Master lets you do a sort of flurry thing with spiked chains, so that could be where you got it.

Well, to be fair, the chain (OA, 70) is rather like a spiked chain, and it can be used as a double weapon. It's a pretty nifty weapon.

See for yourself (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/divine/divineAbilitiesFeats.htm#knockDown).

Improved Trip (PH) , Base attack bonus +2, STR 15+, according to dndtools. Will check book shortly.

EDIT: Interesting. I wasn't aware they had reprinted feats of the same name in the same edition (3.0). Deities and Demigods is 3.0, no? Hmm. *facepalm*

There are one or two PrCs which allow one to wield the Spiked Chain as a double weapon.

Deities and Demigods reprinted a bunch of feats so they could be used in deity statblocks. They were then added to the SRD because actually updating the deities to 3.5 was clearly too much work and no one would ever use them anyway right?
