Current competitors and judges please do not open the spoiler. Everyone else any help would be appreciated. This post is here just to make sure I don't flub a rule and mess up my entry.
I have two questions for my build this round. The first one is primarily for flavor, while the second does actually impact part of the build.
1. Do Yuan-Ti have weapon familiarity that will let them use the Yuan-Ti Serpent Bow as a martial weapon instead of an exotic weapon?
2. For weapons like the Yuan-Ti Serpent Bow and Elvencraft bows, Do the enhancements stack for determining the maximum enhancement, or are they counted separately? To clarify would the weapon have a maximum of +10 enhancement or a +10 Range/ +10 Melee enhancement since they are applied separately?
