Every day items for a level 3 psychic rogue?

for a budget of 1200 GP, what do you think are everyday items at level 3 psy rogue needs to survive with.

MW tools of relevant skills are probably the best items in that range. Least Crystal of Return (MIC) on main weapon might be handy, though even mere 300 gp for the effect isn't quite such a bargain at that level as it will be later.

Torch Bug Paste (C.Scoundrel) is a personal favourite of mine.

At less than 300gp (1/4th WBL) per item and less than 400-600gp (1/3 - 1/2 WBL) for the primary item, there is not much you can do.
