The capital of Tianchao was founded when the native population of Idyllkin decided to join together with a Human founded coastal city. The Idyllkin live in harmony with nature and were pleased to teach the Humans how to do the same. In return the Idyllkin's eyes were opened to new possibilities of engineering and manufacture by the humans, a small colony of refugees from a metropolis of industry to the south.

A symbiotic relationship formed and the Kingdom of Tianchao came into being.
