[3.5] Diplomacy/Social Interaction-oriented Prestige Classes?

I know being a Diplomancer is generally a Half-Elf Bard/Binder build, but out of curiosity, are there any prestige classes that would enhance a Diplomancer's social skills? I imagine Exemplar for Taking 10, but beyond that, I'm kind of drawing a blank.

The Exemplar provides a whole lot of bonuses, yeah.


There are a few options in Song & Silence:

*) The Dread Pirate's "Fearsome Reputation" provides a permanent circumstance bonus to Diplomacy if you are a fair pirate and people know who you are.
*) The Outlaw of the Crimson Road has a similar bonus if you go eight levels down.
*) The Royal Explorer can get a +4 circumstance bonus to Diplomacy by studying the culture that he's in, and can eventually take 10 in stressful situations.
*) The Spymaster is arguably useful, since it lets you perfectly disguise yourself as someone who would have fewer penalties to convince your target to do things in cases when you're dealing with hostile targets.
*) The Virtuoso has a lot of mind-affecting songs.
