Looking for a way to be able to learn sanctified spells on a Sorcerer, since spontaneous casters can't generally learn them. I am aware of 5th level exalted arcanist giving you the ability to use them but I don't really have room to take 5 levels of that class (going for a gish based build) can it be done with something like the extra spell feat? Really just want to learn Greater Luminous Armor, and maybe 1 or 2 other spells.

Arcane Preparation (http://dndtools.eu/feats/complete-arcane--55/arcane-preparation--97/) should do it.

The rules explicitly state that "casters who do not prepare spells can not make use of [sanctified spells]". Therefore, a common recommendation is the Arcane Preparation feat from Complete Arcane, which would enable a sorcerer to prepare and use any sanctified spell they know. There are no restrictions set out in the rules on spending spells known on sanctified spells.

Oddly enough, nothing in the Exalted Arcanist's class features actually explicitly permits them to cast Sanctified Spells - it only enables them to cast Sanctified Spells "as though they were among their spells known" - which does nothing to override the rule above forbidding non-prepared casters from using them.

Arcane Preparation is definitely the easiest. With this method, you should be able to learn the spells, but it's unclear whether you would have to prepare them ahead of time or if you could spontaneously cast them.

As a side-note, you'll want to be able to ignore the ability damage. The strongheart vest soulmeld can do that, but at that point, you may be spending more feats than it's worth just to cast sanctified spells.
