RoW build?

Is it possible to make a build based around using Rods of Wonder as a main weapon? If so, how would the build go?

Wild Mage 3 gets the ability to roll twice for magic items with randomly determined effects, explicitly including rods of wonder. They can take either result, so that ability would be rather nice to have for such a build.

Wild Mage 9 also gives to ability to convert spell slots into Rod of Wonder effects that they can roll twice on as usual.

Is there a way to make a dual wand wielder with this for twice the madness? You guys gave good advice but there has to be more. Anything nifty using Artificer, perhaps?

Well, there's a Rod of Wands...one could extrapolate that to a Staff of Rods. :smallamused:
