So adaptions like everything are half homebrew, and half official suggestions.

So am going out of my way to make a warlock adaption of the Talontar blightlord, with the thoughts of using it towards a Glaive using Eldritch Glaive replacement.

Talontar blightlord has some very distinct abilities,

high casting requirement, (which we will modify)
glaive requirement (which we will modify)
Great Fortitude Feat

Average BAB, Good Fort and Will Saves
grants a domain which gives rebuke towards evil plants and animals (which we will modify
8/10 casting
immune to all disease
So many per day disease that does 1d4 to cha and con but takes 6 days to affect
Ability to mindlink with things ( we will modify this)
Glaives get a 1d6 cold damage and 2d10 on crits (we will modify this)
Glaives get wounding ability (we will modify this)
Become plant type

So now your question is, How will this change, and make it usable, well, this is how.

Well first the requirements, clerics/druids gain access to 4th level spells by around 7th level, warlocks gain access to lesser powers by around level 6th, so we will make the requirement to have a lesser power chosen. The idea of this is also to change up the glaive requirement to required Eldritich Glaive.

So Now we have

Feat: Great Fortitude
Invocations known: Eldritich Glaive and one lesser.

Now the heavy lifting of the PRC, what we are going to change. The domain will still be granted to the warlock, but will be altered to not give spells, but will still get the rebuking abilities of animals and plants.

Will give warlock 8/10 progression still.

Blightblood, we will change to be more mainstream, and show that evil animals will not attack the warlock, but may attack other party members.

Blight Touch, will stay the same but be enhanced, at level 5 you can "quicken" the incubation period, once per day. So that the affect happens within 1d6 rounds instead. Due to how strong the diseses is in the ability to reduce someone to 0 con or 0 cha, as it is persistent, only one more quicken will be gained at level 9. and run off the CHA instead of WIS.

Blightmind: Will be modified to work with rebuked animals or plants, giving you the telepathic ability to grant more specific commands and desires that can't be given verbally.

All Glaive based abilities will be made to function with Eldritich Glaive. Wounding will be updated to allow stacking 1 HP damage per strike.

On top of the eldritch damage that can be gained, Talontar warlock, will also be granted
-3rd you can add your STR to eldritch glaive
-5th standard action to make glaive
- 7th you may trip/disarm/sunder
-9th creating the eldritch glaive becomes a free action.

Now this is the preview, after we get some conversastion going, a table will be finished up!
