Well, there is Brutal Throw (Complete Adventurer) the lets you use Str for attack rolls with thrown weapons.

Edit: and of course Zen Archery to use Wis for ranged attacks.

intuitive attack makes it wisdom, but only for simple weapons and natural weapons. Thus works on melee and ranged, but since you specifically want ranged Zen archery is probably better.

The best you can probably do is go Factotum and spend inspiration points to add Int to attack.

There really isn't any way to do it for Int, unfortunately. Strength for throwing weapons, Dexterity naturally, Wisdom through Zen Archery and a few others, and even Charisma through a few ways. But unfortunately, nothing really for Constitution or Int.

I don't know if it's comprehensive, but I find this thread (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=125732) to be very helpful when trying to get x stat to y bonus.
