Dragon Disciple Weapon Graft

Imagine a gnome with a weapon graft. Then they take dragon disciple... as they gain claw attack, is it two claw attacks? If they say, had another natural attack (like bite or gore), would that be 3 natural attacks qualifying them for MultiAttack?

Generally speaking, you only get one natural weapon per limb. It's not so much a strict rule as the rule of thumb used to put monsters together.

That said, a grafted weapon counts as a natural weapon, oddly enough. So you still qualify for Multiattack.
