Player's character is a prankster and she wants to buy some joke cursed items that can't be removed but have no game mechanical effect, like a hat that can't be taken off easily once worn, without actually blocking the effect of other head-slot items. How much should this be priced at?
Doesn't have to be cursed, but the party's too low level for her to get sovereign glue.
