Polymorph question

Polymorph has a cap of 15 HD. polymorph any object says works as polymorph + x y z, but does not specify a HD cap.

So does PaO have the 15 HD cap? I have seen people say both. looking for oppionions.

Lacking any text to the contrary, PAO inherits polymorph's HD cap.
