I am starting a pathfinder campaign soon and want to start with an adventure path which has a ratio of roleplay to combat 60/40. Would prefer more varied enemies and not fighting generic goblins for hours on end. Pros and Cons for some would also be helpful, and yes I am a lazy *******. No runelords since one of my players has already played it.

Kingmaker (http://paizo.com/pathfinder/adventurePath/kingmaker), maybe? The middle of the AP is a lot about building and running one's own nascent kingdom, if I get things right.

I was just researching on that topic and kingmaker came up A LOT. I guess I know which path ill be running (other suggestions would be helpful since I haven't started preparing yet).

Kingmaker actually sounds like exactly the adventure my party is pining for. Thanks for making me aware of it :D To amazon!
