Saw this, seems pretty damn professionally written and formatted, is 3.5. getting a revival!

Look like a Fighter handbook to me. letting people know the good, bad and mediocre choices availbe to them as a fighter.

but I just glanced over it and say the typicall guidbook colo doce on things and brief descriptions

That's just a guy who wrote handbooks back in the old Wizards forums.

Doesn't really look like anything special to me. The fact that that's it's incomplete and splashed with cheap advertisements should be a dead giveaway it's not professional.

I don't think he was ever published. Just a poster who likes making handbooks (I do recall reading his Familiar's Handbook which, if I recall, was pretty useful.)
