Iron Chef XLVIII was Shadow Sun Ninja, which stacked things for Monk levels, so it counts.

Iron Chef focuses on 10 level PrCs, not base classes, so not as such, no. There have been Monkish PrCs used as Secret Ingredients as others have mentioned, and one of the Zinc Saucier challenges (wherein competitors recreate the SI without using it) was the Monk.

There was also XLVI, Cipher Adept, which was somewhat Monk-like. Be warned, it is worse than even Initiate of Pistis Sophia.
