I have a 1st level Human Wizard Conjuration Specialist with the ACF Abrupt Juant. My Stats are: Str 9, Dex 14, CON 16, INT 18, WIS 12, CHA 12.

I forget the feats I have taken for 1st level but I was able to take 2 flaws and 2 traits. I believe I took Feeble and the -1 HP at each level. I believe I have the Magic devotion feat from CC or CD, and Collegiate Wizard I forget the rest as I do not have my sheet loaded up atm.

Banned schools are Evocation and Enchantment.

I have more than enough XP to level to 2nd.

I do not wish to be a summoner build and would like to focus on teleporting hence Aburpt Jaunt with a minor in Aburation for defense. Currently we have another caster homebrew class with me...he is currently useless as he cannot cast yet.

I was wondering on a path to set out on to extend out to 5-6 level and going from there.

I know all level 0 spells except banned schools and currently 10 1st level and about to learn 4 more...

Is there anything I can do to improve my functionality a bit? I take -3 to all melee rolls and rely on range attacks with range touch attacks.

Master Specialist (Complete Mage) is a good start, available as early as level 4.

This handbook (http://community.wizards.com/forum/previous-editions-character-optimization/threads/1131901) has some other great tips for conjurers.

Well, dunno how to start.

First of all those stats seem pretty impossible for a human to me, even with a 32 point buy. As a Grey Elf, I had 6 STR, 18 INT, 16 DEX, 14 CON, 10 WIS and 8 CHA with 32 point buy. Unless it's a homebrew rule.

The flaws are a good option, but the -1hp is a terrible option for a wizard. I got one-shot at level 5 from a pesky rogue. from 25hp to -plenty. (dead)

Third, why would you be attacking at melee range. You'll only have to do that at levels 1-2-3 to say the most.

In generall, what role do you want to have in you're party? Cause a wizard that will control the battlefield, while attacking in melee range is a bad idea (AoO...) Also, keep in mind, that when attacking with a ranged weapon, unless you get the proper feat, you get a -4 on your to hit roll if there is an ally of yours within 10 feet from your target.

Level 1
Benign Transposition (SpC) Move 2 Willing creatures

Level 2
Baleful Transposition (SpC) Move 2 creatures
Dimension Hop (PHB2) Creature touched teleports 5ft./2 levels
Dimension Leap (MoE) You teleport 10/level

Level 3
Dimension Step (PHB2) 1 Willing/3 levels teleport their base speed

I Pathfinder has the Dimensional Dervish feat line, but that would likely utterly useless to you.
Sculpt Spell +1 metamagic
I'm a big fan of Mobile Spell-Casting. You move and cast as a standard action if you can make a Concentration check.
Master Specialist is a thing, but the class features for Conjuration focus on summoning for the most part. Then again, the class does give a boosted caster level.

Beyond teleportation, how do you plan on harming enemies? Craft Wand? Scribe Scroll? Orb spells?

Edit: Just thought of Anticipate Teleport. It's 3rd level Abjuration and would delay all your teleport effects for a round.
