Half an extension of an earlier topic I had.

Half a challenge in it's own right

Using any sources available, make a PC dragon.

The Homebrew Evolutionist's class is also available for this purpose: http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=240717

Mercury Dragon Wyrmling 3HD, 2LA and fly speed 200ft(perfect)
With LA buyoff by 20th level build should be
Dragon HD 3 / Whirling frenzy, Spirit lion totem Barbarian 1 / Cloistered Cleric 1 / Scout 4 / Fangshields Ranger 11 (gives natural weapon enhancing feats).
Stats should follow this priority Str > Con > Wis ≈ Int ≈ Dex > Cha

Feats: 1st. Power Attack, 3rd. Imp. Bullrush, 6th. Diving Charge, 9th. Shock Trooper, 12th. Swift Hunter, 15. Rapidstrike(Claws), 18. Imp. Rapidstrike(Claws) Knowledge Devotion(trade out domain), Travel Devotion(trade out domain), Extra Turning (Undeath domain), S4. Imp. Skirmish, R1. Track, R2. Multiattack, R3. Endurance, R6. Weapon Focus (Claws), R11. Weapon Focus (Bite)
Suggested skills: Max tumble, Some ranks in knowledges for knowledge devotion can't hurt.
Build ends up as a pretty brutal ubercharger / swift hunter with the AC penalty from heedless charge mostly negated by being 200+ft away by the end of your turn.

Basic tactics are pounce on a charge with full power attack removed from AC thanks to the heedless charge part of shock trooper. Followed up by activating travel devotion and moving 200ft away as a swift action. Repeat until the enemy are all dead restarting travel devotion every 10 rounds if necessary. On the charge will have 7 attacks (Claw, Claw, Bite, Whirling Frenzy, Iteratives with one claw due to Imp. Rapidstike for another three) Each dealing 18+9d6 damage on top of strength, misc. and claw or bite damage. Add standard charging multipliers like valorous through a necklace of natural attacks.
Probably some stuff I'm missing here but this should be a pretty solid build for most of it's career.
