Need help with a two person build

Ok so me and my gf are gonna be running a campaign I am DMing but its a module and its just gonna be the two of us.

Well she wants to be a Fey so I decided to be one too. Since this is kinda a monster game we have decided to ignore CR as far as class levels go.

Which one is better?

And are those decent for this game?

Now what do you recommend the level adjust be for the game? This is also a Gestalt game. So we should be on average a level or 2 above the normal power.

It depends: What does PAO (Objects Only) actually mean? Only turn things into objects? Only target objects? Only target objects and only turn into objects? Maybe I'm just unaware of some standard for this sort of thing, but that sounds like a crazy powerful ability even by the strictest interpretation, and it's missing from the second one you linked.

I believe it does mean that it can only be used on objects and only used to turn an object to another object.
