Are there any full BAB prestige classes that advance artificer infusions? Doesn't have to be full casting but does need to be full BAB.

Cyran Avenger. It's free too! (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/iw/20050707b&page=2) Full BAB and 4/5 infusion advancement thanks to "+1 level of existing spellcasting class". This works as noted in Magic of Eberron (pg. 53). Getting the skills might be a bit of pain for artificer.

Keep in mind, that an artificer can rather easily make an item of Divine Power, be it wand or, if the DM allows custom magical items, a continuous item.

Cyran Avenger works, but we don't play in Eberron so will obviously have to change it up, if it would be allowed at all, that is the only problem.

Also you are correct snowman, but this is going to be a meleeficer so nothing wrong with upgrading a few levels to a d8 anyway.

Well, then there is another option:
Dragonslayer from draconomicon (pg. 126), full BAB, +1/2 of level of existing class (so yay for crafting reserve?). You will need some bab, points in tumble and two useless feats but hey it's something. Don't know how will it fit in your fluff though.
