help buiild an Ice/Snow land craft for 3.5

ok so in one game I am in, the group has the task of finding and killing a white dragon - currently though is the task of trying to get about fairly easy over snow and ice - now horse or other large animals as a whole not the best answer, next we thought of dog sled - while this may be what we do it would actually require more sleds and dogs than are available, next idea is to build (craft) a vehicle that can hold the party on it similar to a small ship or very large wagon- the question: in any 3.5 official book is there any vehicle that would have sled type runners sized like a large wagon or small ship which could be wind powered( group has a caster with control weather/wind) so far our looking has failed to find such, but we might be looking in the wrong books

Actually, you might be able to find something in Sandstorm.
It has the Sand Skiff, Galley and Schooner, which can be used on flat expanses of sand. They might work equally well on snow.
