I ran some of these earlier. Goal is to advance Bard a bit martially or in healing support with semi-exclusive spell paths, and also give Bards a more dynamic style of play.

Level 1
Disarming Wit: Feint against target and disarm or pin with a ranged weapon.
Rhythmic Riposte: When using bard song and attacked in melee, take half-damage, gain bonuses to CMD.

Level 2
Burning Passion: End a bard song, make a fiery ranged weapon attack and daze the opponent.
Chilling Refrain, Swift: For one round under a bard song, melee attacks deal extra cold damage, critical hits fatigue opponents.
Lesser Lotus Dance: Immediately end bard song, restore minor health to you and all nearby allies. Become staggered for one round.
Return Fire: When opponent misses you or allies, feint and strike back.
Showboating: Annoy enemy spellcaster to harry their spellcasting as long as your bard song persists.

Level 3
Radiant Wings: Gain temporary wings of light and fast healing. Cannot use stealth.
Shadow Wings: Gain temporary wings of shadow and concealment against ranged attacks. Cannot use stealth.

Level 4
Greater Burning Passion: End a bard song, make a fiery ranged weapon attack and stun the opponent.
Lotus Dance: Immediately end bard song, restore health and stamina to you and all nearby allies. Become staggered for one round.
Chilling Refrain: While using a bard song, melee attacks deal extra cold damage, critical hits fatigue opponents.

Level 6
Eternal Refrain: While using a bard song, melee attacks deal extra cold damage, any hit fatigues opponents.
Lotus Heaven: Immediately end bard song, restore health and stamina to you and all nearby allies. Become staggered for one round.
Passion of the Phoenix: End a bard song, make a fiery ranged weapon attack and stun or shaken the opponent.

Burning Passion [Fire]
Conjuration; Bard 2
Casting Time: Standard action
Components: V
Range: See text;
Target: One creature.
Duration: One round.
Saving Throw: Fortitude partial.
Spell Resistance: No.

To cast this spell, you must be using Bardic Performance. Make a single ranged attack against a target within 30 ft, using your equipped weapon; the attack roll gains a circumstance bonus equal to your Charisma modifier. If the attack hits, it deals an additional 1d6 Fire Damage, +1 damage per caster level (to a maximum of +10); a successful attack immediately ends your Bardic Performance. If the target is damaged, the target must then make a fortitude save or be dazed for one round; success means the target is merely dazzled.

Burning Passion, Greater [Fire]
Conjuration; Bard 4

As Burning Passion, except that if the attack hits, it deals an additional 1d4 Fire Damage per caster level (to a maximum of 15d4), and a failed save inflicts the opponent with the stunned condition.

Chilling Refrain [Ice]
Evocation; Bard 4
Casting Time: Standard action
Components: V
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: 10 minutes.

Until this spell ends, whenever you have your Bardic Performance active, your melee attacks deal extra cold damage equal to your Charisma modifier. A critical hit with your weapon fatigues the opponent, unless they are already fatigued, in which case they are exhausted.

Chilling Refrain, Swift [Ice]
Evocation; Bard 2
Casting Time: Swift action
Duration: One round.

As Chilling Refrain, except as noted above.

Disarming Wit
Transmutation; Bard 1
Casting Time: Standard action
Components: V
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: Instantaneous

Attempt a feint against the target using your Bluff skill or a Perform skill of your choice, taunting the foe. If the feint is successful, you may make an attack of opportunity to immediately shoot the target with an equipped ranged weapon, without provoking an attack of opportunity from the target.

Your attack roll gains a circumstance bonus equal to your Charisma modifier and deals normal damage. If you also beat the target's Combat Maneuver Defense, you may choose to either disarm the opponent, or pin the opponent to the wall, ground, or nearby object. The pin can be removed as a standard action on the opponent's next round.

Eternal Refrain
Evocation; Bard 6

As Chilling Refrain, except that your successful melee attacks always fatigue the target (or exhaust a fatigued target).

Lotus Dance
Conjuration (healing); Bard 4
Casting Time: Immediate action
Components: V
Range: Close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)
Target: One living creature/level, no two of which can be more than 30 ft. apart
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Will half (harmless)
Spell Resistance: Yes (harmless)

To cast this spell, you must be using Bardic Performance. The selected creatures immediately regain 2 health per caster level (maximum 40). It also eliminates any fatigue suffered by the creature, and improves an exhausted condition to fatigued. Your Bardic Performance immediately ends, and you are staggered for one round.

Lotus Dance, Lesser
Conjuration (healing); Bard 2

As Lotus Dance, except does not affect fatigue or exhaustion, and only restores 1 health per caster level (maximum 20).

Lotus Heaven
Conjuration (healing); Bard 6

As Lotus Dance, except as follows. It restores 4 health per caster level (maximum 80) to each target, and it also eliminates any fatigue or exhaustion suffered by the targets.

Passion of the Phoenix [Fire]
Conjuration; Bard 6

As Burning Passion, except that if the attack hits, it deals an additional 1d8 Fire Damage per caster level (to a maximum of 20d8), a failed save inflicts the opponent with the stunned condition, and a successful save still leaves the opponent shakened.

Radiant Wings [Light]
Evocation; Bard 3, Cleric 4, Inquisitor 3, Oracle 4, Paladin 2
Casting Time: One round
Components: V, S, M, DF
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: 10 minutes/level (D).

You gain luminous wings that shed normal illumination, with a flight speed of 40 ft. (average). Your path leaves a trail of light that sheds illumination as a torch, giving you a -20 penalty on Stealth checks, but you also gain fast healing 1. This fast healing increases by 1 point for every 4 caster levels you have.

Should the spell duration expire while the subject is still aloft, the magic fails slowly. The subject floats downward 60 feet per round for 1d6 rounds. If it reaches the ground in that amount of time, it lands safely. If not, it falls the rest of the distance, taking 1d6 points of damage per 10 feet of fall. Since dispelling a spell effectively ends it, the subject also descends safely in this way if the fly spell is dispelled, but not if it is negated by an antimagic field.

Return Fire
Transmutation; Bard 2
Casting Time: Immediate action
Components: V
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: Instantaneous

Immediately upon an opponent failing with an attack roll against you or an ally, you may attempt a feint against that opponent using your Bluff skill or a Perform skill of your choice, taunting the foe. If the feint is successful, you may make an attack of opportunity to immediately shoot the target with an equipped ranged weapon, without provoking an attack of opportunity from the target; the attack roll gains a circumstance bonus equal to your Charisma modifier.

Rhythmic Riposte
Transmutation; Bard 1
Casting Time: Immediate Action
Components: V
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: Instantaneous

To cast this spell, you must be using Bardic Performance when you are the victim of an attack or full attack. Attempt a feint against the target using your Bluff skill or a Perform skill of your choice. If the feint is successful, the attack or full attack's damage is reduced by half, and you gain your Charisma modifier as a circumstance bonus to your Combat Maneuver Defense against the attack(s).

Shadow Wings [Darkness]
Evocation; Bard 3, Cleric 4, Inquisitor 3, Oracle 4, Antipaladin 2
Casting Time: One round
Components: V, S, M, DF
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: 10 minutes/level (D).

You gain shadowy wings with a flight speed of 40 ft. (average). Your path leaves a trail of darkness which absorbs nonmagical light around it, giving you a -20 penalty on Stealth checks, but also granting you concealment (20% miss chance) against ranged attacks.

Showboating
Transmutation; Bard 2
Casting Time: Immediate action
Components: V
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: Instantaneous

To cast this spell, you must be using Bardic Performance. Make an attack against the target (if within range) with a melee or ranged weapon; the attack roll gains a circumstance bonus equal to your Charisma modifier. If the attack hits, the target takes a penalty on concentration checks equal to 10+your Caster Level until you end your Bardic Performance.

Feat designed more for clerics and oracles, given the Lotus Dance series of spells:

Vital Spell [Metamagic]

Prerequisite: Empower Spell
Benefit: A cure spell can be made into a vital spell. A vital spell can be cast as an Immediate Action, and all variable, numeric healing effects of a vital spell are increased by half, including bonuses to those dice rolls.
Level Adjustment: +3

I don't know why nothing I make these days fails to even get a comment...
