There are no rules dealing with the conjunction of the two. Binders were not made with the Dvati in mind, and Dvati were not made with the Binder in mind. The most reasonable interpretation is that, as the Dvati are two bodies with one soul, the pacts which bind your soul to another creature's affect them a single time. They both bind the same vestiges, and ability cooldowns affect both of them if a single one uses the power.

By the way. Dvati, not Dvanti. Vestige, not Vistage. And what do you mean by "get the average?"

You can replace "binders" with almost anything else in the game, and this sentence remains true. Don't play a dvati unless you're prepared to deal with questions of "Wait, how does that work?" every five minutes.

Very true. I love the debates about Initiators, because that's something that has some very interesting potential depending on how the pool of readied maneuvers and available actions work.

D. 1 vestige, both bodies in one ritual
At 1st level the Dvati can bind one vestige at a time. Dvati bodies share limited resources. Thus when a 1st level Dvati binds a vestige it binds both bodies.
