PF Template question

If I used a template or two that raised my total CR to 3 would I or should I remove three class levels or only two? Drow Noble has CR of 1 with a class level. Can anyone tell me?

Your DM can. In PF, the adjustments made for non-standard races are explicitly a matter of DM discretion, though some guidelines are provided.

I was using myself as an example. A player wants to add two templates which will make his CR 3 above normal. Only 2 above the rest of the party I needed to know what to do. Its the lich template and the advanced one which all the players are using.

Low to moderate. His character is a dhampir he wants to give supernatural powers to and he likes the no die aspect.
