These are based on and include the Neanderthal from Frostburn. After my current game which is steampunk level tech, I will be doing a stone age game.

CRO-MAGNON:

Cro-Magnon are the ancestors of modern humans and use the statistics presented in the player's handbook.

FLORESIEN

Floresiens are smaller humans who lack prominent chins

+2 Dexterity, +2 Wisdom -2 Strength, -2 Intelligence

Small size.

A Floresien’s base land speed is 20 feet.

Primitive Tool Mastery (Ex): Floresiens have a +2 racial bonus on craft: trapmaking with pit traps, nets, and other simple traps. They also receive a +2 racial bonus on craft: weaponsmithing checks to make the following weapons:bolas,club, dart, great club,goad, harpoon, iuak, javelin, longspear,quarterstaff, ritiik, shortbow, shortspear,sling, spear, sugliin, throwing axe, and tigerskull club.

+2 racial bonus to spot, search, survival, hide and move silently checks

—Human Blood: For all effects related to race, Floresien is considered a human.

—Illiteracy: Floresiens do not automatically know how to read and write.

—Automatic Languages: Common. Bonus Languages:Halfling, Gnome, and Goblin, and Kobold.

—Favored Class: Scout


RHONDESIEN:


Rhondesiens are humans at an evolutionary mid-point between Cro-Magnon and Neanderthal or a child between the two subspecies.

+2 Strength, –2Intelligence.—

Size Medium.

A Rhondesien'sbase land speed is 30 feet.

Primitive WeaponMastery (Ex): Rhondesiens have a +1 racialbonus on attack rolls made with the following weapons: bolas,club, dart, great club,goad, harpoon, iuak, javelin, longspear,quarterstaff, ritiik, shortbow, shortspear,sling, spear, sugliin, throwingaxe, and tigerskull club.

+1 racial bonus on Listen,Spot, and Survival checks.

1 extra feat at first level.

Climate-Resistant (Ex): Rhondesiens do not have to make Fortitude saves in severe environmentsbetween 0° and 110°F (cold to hot). This ability does not provide any protection from fire or cold damage.

—Human Blood: For all effects relatedto race, a Rhondesien is considered ahuman

—Illiteracy: Rhondesiens do not automatically knowhow to read and write.

—Automatic Languages: Common. Bonus Languages: Any

—Favored Class: Any


NEANDERTHAL:

Neanderthals are larger, tougher, and harrier humans with more prominent brows and larger noses.

+2 Strength, +2 Constitution,–2 Dexterity, –2Intelligence.—

Size Medium.A neanderthal’s base land speed is 30 feet.

—Primitive WeaponMastery (Ex): Neanderthalshave a +1 racialbonus on attack rollsmade with the followingweapons: bolas,club, dart, great club,goad, harpoon, iuak, javelin, longspear,quarterstaff, ritiik, shortbow, shortspear,sling, spear, sugliin, throwingaxe, and tigerskull club.

Habilis are larger, tougher, and harrier still than neanderthals and more closely resemble upright versions of their ape ancestors that walk with a somewhat clumsy gait. They rarely wear clothes, have no mastery of fire, and use only the simplest tools.

+4 Strength, +4 Constitution,–4 Dexterity, –4 Intelligence, -4 Charisma

—Size Medium


A Habilis's base land speed is 20 feet. They also have a 20ft climb speed.


Habilis are naturally proficient only with clubs, great clubs, slings, stone knives, and rocks.


—Long Limbs (Ex): Habilis have the reach of a large sized creature.


Habilis receive a +2 racial bonus to climb, jump, spot, listen, and survival checks.

—Climate-Tolerant (Ex): Habilisdo not have to makeFortitude saves in extreme environmentsbetween –20° and 140°F (severe cold to severe heat). Thisability does not provide any protectionfrom fire or cold damage.

—Human Blood: For all effects relatedto race, a Habilis is considered a human.

—Illiteracy: Habilis do not automatically know how to read and write.—Automatic Languages: Common.

a) This is not the right forum for this. You want the Homebrew Design forum.
b) I'm not sure how historically accurate you want this to be, but "Cro-Magnon" is not a meaningful term, in that it does not denote any hominid species.
c) Homo habilis were only 1.3m tall, which makes them smaller and very likely weaker than the 1.6m tall Neanderthals.
