List of Bard's Unique Spells?

The Prestige Bard allows you to get access to all unique bard spells with just a single dip.



The bard, paladin, and ranger spell lists contain a number of spells that don't appear on other classes' spell lists. In general, any character who enters one of these prestige classes should gain access to spells unique to that class's spell list, at the same levels indicated for the standard class. At the game master's discretion, spells unique to that class's spell list found in other books may also be available, but on a case by case basis.

But this raises two questions.

First, are spells like Glibness unique? It's unique if you take the core books only, but the Beguiler also gets it.

And second, is there a list of such spells?

By "unique" i think it means "unique to the bard list, by not being on the list of the class you used to enter prestige bard."

So a Sorcerer/Prestige Bard would get Cure Wounds spells, because they are on the Bard List, but not on the sorcerer list.

However, if the spell was on both lists, but a higher level on the sorcerer list (suggestion), you'd get it at the sorcerer level instead of the bard level.
