ok so the Life-Force Sacrifice feat (Champions of Darkness - Ravenloft p.43). It essentially does that u can cast spontaneus as a wizard. Everytime you want to cast spontaneusly you have to lose life equal to spell level. This damage cant be healed by magical means.

So my question is, if a character would gain fast healing from a instantaneus spell. Would that remove that damage?

I don't think Fast Healing could ever be percieved as Natural. RAI, and probably RAW too (tho maybe EX abilities could skirt this by RAW), you have to rest to recover the damage.

it states that it can only be regained by normal healing. I have no clue what that is except the normal regain of hitpoints by sleeping

Well, I would see that as, if you are a creature with Fast Healing as a racial feature, then that is natural healing for you. If you're getting Fast Healing from a spell, it doesn't count as natural.

He gained fasthealing by buying a Scroll of Planar Familiar, link to the spell:

In this case, I would say that, yes, for that familiar, Fast Healing counts as natural, as it is something that all Anarchic Creatures have.

he wants to use the scroll on himself. Is that possible?

By RAW, yes, it applies to any living creatures that is not an outsider. The caster must have a familiar, animal companion or similar, but it never explicitly says that he can only cast it on such a creatures.

However, it is fairly obvious that this spell is intended to be used on familiars and similar creatures, so I'd tell him no.

so if I were to allow him to use the planar familiar himself for anarchic creature he would be able to heal the damage by fast healing

Yep. As he is now an Anarchic Creature, his Fast Healing is natural.
