Adamantine Body and Speed?

I know adamantine body reduces a warforgeds base speed to 20 feet, but does it allow for 20x4 or 20x3 in full round movements? Seeing as it is considered heavy armor I am thinking 20ftx3 but I just want to make sure.

It's heavy armor, so it's 20 feet x 3 running.

So drop the +3 ASA and get halfweight built in. With the +1 EB it's only 16,000 gp and the armor is now half the weight and light armor, so there are no mobility issues.
