Cost of a Large Ad. Banded- am I doing this right?

Is this math correct?!

[250g (Item's Base Cost) * 2 (Large Size)] +
15,000g (Adamantine Cost for Heavy Armor) +
1,000g (Enchantment)

16500g Total.

Or is it 31500g total? (Mainly I'm confused if you include the special material into the cost of the multiplier due to size)

First you figure out the cost for the armor if it was perfectly normal without any magic or masterwork.

Banded 250
Adamantine 15,000 gp.

Then for large you multiply by 2. There are examples of specific suits of magical armor that when you break it down, the special material cost is multiplied by 2. So base cost, 30,500.

Adamantine is masterwork, so no need to pay for 150 gp.

Then you enchant it for +1 for 1000, or 31,500 gp

I think that RAW your math is correct, but the passage is admittedly ambiguous.

Edit: My assumption was based on the fact that you don't reduce material costs for smaller armors. However, captnq is the goto man for equipment.
